PAPERS

The technical-scientific papers will be received in the form of abstracts and the presentation will be poster or oral, at the discretion of the Technical-Scientific Coordination of CBSoja 2022. Participants who register to participate in the online event will also be able to have their abstracts published , with the poster presentation on the event platform.

Papers in Portuguese, Spanish or English will be accepted.

Strict correction and presentation of abstracts is recommended, as they will be reproduced in the event's Annals in the original format, without technical and/or grammatical revision, being, therefore, the entire responsibility of their respective authors.

Non-standard abstracts will not be accepted.

Procedures for Preparation of Summaries

- To submit the work, the participant must previously register and access the submission form in the participant's internal area.

- Each applicant may submit up to two works.

- The abstract must report an original technical work, be concise and contain all the information that allows the understanding of the work: introduction with objectives, methodology, results and conclusion. The text must be continuous, without separating into topics. The citation of references or the presentation of results in the form of tables and figures is not recommended. Abstracts containing the statement “the results will be discussed” will not be accepted.

- Abstracts must be submitted electronically, using the abstract submission form, contained on this website, following the guidelines:

- The type of font, size and alignment will be standardized by the system when submitting the abstract. It must be formatted within the specific field of title, authors and abstract. The following formatting will be allowed in the submission process: bold, italic, subscript and superscript;

- Fill in the information: session in which the work will be presented; name of the presenter of the work, title, authors, institution, abstract text and keywords;

- Título: utilize, no máximo, 160 caracteres com espaço, letras maiúsculas em todas as palavras, exceto em nomes científicos e não coloque ponto final;

duzir por voz Authors: Enter the full name of the authors, without abbreviation. - Institution: insert in the form the following information for each author of the works: institution, city, state and country. Enter only the presenter's email address. Enter the names of the institutions in abbreviated form. For students, enter the name of the educational institution completely, without abbreviation.

Abstract: do it in one paragraph, containing a maximum of 2000 characters, including spaces. Abstracts containing graphs, tables and photographs will not be accepted.

Keywords: maximum four keywords. Do not repeat the words in the title, use only lowercase letters, except for proper names, acronyms and scientific names (in italics) and a maximum of 90 characters with spaces separated by a comma.

The following procedures will be requested during the submission of each work: expression of interest to present your work on a poster or orally (in person event) or poster in PDF format (online event).

Selection

The selection of papers accepted for presentation and publication will be carried out by the Technical-Scientific Coordination of CBSoja 2022. Participants who register to participate in the online event will only have their works selected for presentation of the poster in PDF format on the event platform. Among the participants registered for the in-person event, the selection of works to be presented in oral format will be limited to the availability of spaces in the event's schedule, under the responsibility of the Technical-Scientific Coordination. The responsible author will be informed in due course, by email and on the event's homepage, about the acceptance of their work for poster presentation or orally (in person event) or poster in PDF format (online event) and subsequent publication in the conference proceedings.
